A few years ago, we encouraged our staff members to decide upon a group of company values and behaviours that represented us, Toyota Ireland. The values we arrived at were Respect for one another, Unity across all departments and our Ambition to be the best.
These values go hand in hand with our three behaviours: our Relentless pursuit of better, our Inventive thinking and by being Considerate of our colleagues, customers and dealers. These are the values we work by, to make life better for our customers, and for all of Ireland. When put together they spell out RUARIC, the mnemonic name of our philosophy for a better world.
